About the Role

Business Unit: Commercial Business, Marketing & Dairy Business

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Professional to join our growing team and support strategic hiring for Commercial, Marketing, and Dairy Business functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment in accordance with CPF Group recruitment processes (job briefing, CV screening, interviews, shortlisting, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination)
• Build and grow a strong talent pipeline through diverse recruitment channels including: university partnerships & career events, direct sourcing & employer branding, internal mobility & referral programs, and online & offline recruitment campaigns
• Deliver recruitment solutions for entry-level, new graduates, and experienced professionals
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to support recruitment transactions and workforce needs
• Track, compile, and report recruitment KPIs and SLAs upon request
• Ensure full compliance with recruitment policies and procedures
• Coordinate and execute recruitment events and related logistics
• Act as the Recruitment Business Partner and primary point of contact for recruitment-related inquiries and issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience; understanding of Commercial, Marketing, or FMCG/Dairy roles preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and professional personality
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with SAP systems
