Senior Strategic Project/ Operations Strategy (SPX Express)

About The Team

Lead and drive new strategic projects under Shopee Xpress (SPX), from concept to execution. This role focuses on launching new initiatives, improving operational capabilities, and ensuring projects deliver measurable impact to network performance, cost, and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of new projects across SPX operations.
• Translate business needs into project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Drive pilot initiatives, testing, and rollout of new operational models, tools, or solutions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
• Work closely with Operations, Middle Mile, Last Mile, Planning, Network, Tech, and Product teams and align stakeholders on goals, milestones, and execution plans.
• Act as the central coordinator to drive project progress, remove blockers and drive adoption across operational teams.
• Define success metrics and KPIs for each project, track post-launch performance, ensure expected operational and financial impact, and identify gaps for continuous improvement.
• Communicate project objectives, updates, and expectations clearly and support training and alignment with ground teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in any field (Supply Chain, Logistics or Engineering would be advantage).
• Proven experience in Strategic Planning, Business Transformation and Project Management.
• Great problem solving skills; proactive and able to use initiative.
• Strong business sense and ability to improve operating planning through a clear business view.
• Strong analytical skills; able to make judgement based on logical reasons and draw insights from complex data.
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with excellent stakeholder management.
• Committed, result oriented and willing to go extra miles for goal achievement; experience in team management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai.
