Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Data Center Fit Out Project Manager to lead complex white space fit-out programs. The successful candidate will transform empty data center spaces into fully operational environments, ensuring alignment with industry standards, company objectives, and client requirements, from planning through execution and handover.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of data center fit-out projects, managing cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Transform empty data center spaces into fully operational environments aligned with industry standards, company objectives, and client requirements.
• Stakeholder management: liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment and fulfillment of requirements.
• MEP coordination: collaborate closely with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing teams to ensure integration of power distribution, HVAC, life safety, and commissioning.
• Controls integration: lead integration of building management systems (BMS) and critical controls to optimize operational efficiencies, energy consumption, and environmental monitoring.
• Implement and manage advanced cooling solutions, including liquid cooling systems, to enhance data center efficiency and performance.
• Prepare, track, and manage project budgets, ensuring financial alignment with project goals.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading data center fit-out projects from planning through execution and handover.
• Experience coordinating MEP works, controls integration (BMS), commissioning, and advanced cooling solutions, with demonstrated budget and risk management capability.
