Engineering and Project Director

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to drive engineering, project management, maintenance, utilities, and production planning operations for our manufacturing business at Green Spot Co. Ltd. This role will play a key part in strengthening operational excellence, improving production efficiency, leading large-scale investment projects, and supporting business growth through engineering innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, maintenance, utilities, project, packaging, and production planning functions
• Oversee CapEx projects, plant expansion, and engineering development initiatives
• Drive productivity improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency
• Enhance machine reliability, automation, and digital transformation initiatives
• Develop and lead high-performing engineering teams
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or project management within food & beverage or related industries
• At least 5 years in senior management level
• Strong experience in CapEx projects and plant expansion
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Good command of English
