Country Representative (Thai and Turkish Speaking)

About the Role

A consultancy-based Forex company is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to represent our firm in a designated region and drive partnership, marketing, and team management activities. This is a key leadership role for someone who combines strong industry knowledge with the ability to build relationships, manage a local team, and grow the company's presence within the region.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company in the assigned region and act as the primary point of contact for local operations
• Increase brand awareness and strengthen the company's market position
• Build, develop, and manage long-term partnership relationships
• Plan, coordinate, and execute regional marketing activities and campaigns
• Develop and manage the IB (Introducing Broker) network, building strong and lasting relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and potential partners within the region
• Attend client and partner meetings, representing the company professionally
• Organize and host regional events, seminars, and promotional activities
• Lead, manage, and coordinate the regional team, ensuring alignment with company goals
• Set objectives, monitor team performance, and provide ongoing guidance and support
• Report on regional performance, market trends, and growth opportunities to senior management
• Take on additional responsibilities as part of the regional management role

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the Forex industry
• Experience working with and managing relationships with IBs (Introducing Brokers)
• Demonstrated experience in team management and team coordination
• Fluency in Thai and Turkish is mandatory (both written and spoken)
• Advanced English, both written and spoken
• Strong leadership, communication, and representation skills
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently

• Flexibility to travel within the region as required
