About the Role

The Commis I – Thai is responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Thai dishes according to established recipes, quality standards, and food safety requirements. The role supports the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and timely food preparation while maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and a safe working environment.

• Prepare and cook Thai dishes in accordance with NH Collection standards, ensuring excellent quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, proper storage, and stock rotation following HACCP and FIFO standards.
• Support daily kitchen operations by managing ingredients, reducing food waste, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring cost efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with the culinary team and other departments to deliver smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Continuously develop culinary skills, product knowledge, and uphold NH Collection values through professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail.
