Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional advice on brand products and services to customers.
• Create a positive buying experience and build good relationships with customers.
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Achieve sales targets set by the company.
• Ensure the tidiness of the sales area and product arrangement according to brand standards.
• Continuously update knowledge about products, new collections, and lifestyle trends.
• Support sales promotion activities and marketing campaigns of the store.
• Handle customer complaints or issues appropriately and promptly.
• Manage basic product stock and coordinate with relevant teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma / Vocational Certificate (P.W.C.) or higher.
• Experience in Retail, Fashion, Lifestyle, or Customer Service will be given special consideration.
• Good personality, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Service-minded and able to work under pressure.
• Interested in fashion, lifestyle, or product trends.
• Able to work shifts, including Saturdays-Sundays and public holidays.
• Able to use basic English (good communication skills will be given special consideration).
