Machine Learning Engineer Lead (Feed/ Content Recommendation)

About the Company

Sample projects include personalized recommender systems and data-driven customer feedback and satisfaction analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage search and recommendation services and models, including personalized recommender systems.
• Use AI and machine learning to create personalized recommendations and address customer queries and intent.
• Apply machine-learning powered personalization methods, design patterns and tools to production problems.
• Drive development of core modules with data-driven strategy to maximize business impact.
• Identify needs and opportunities, define success metrics with Business and Product management teams, and collaborate cross-functionally.

Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Computer Science or Applied Mathematics with at least 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Excellent hands-on experience with popular ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with application development practices at scale and state-of-the-art machine learning infrastructure.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and global team collaboration skills; publication record at top conferences/journals is a plus.
