Engineer

About the Role

Bangkok Cable BCC is seeking an Engineer to collaborate with management, marketing and R&D to design and develop medium and high voltage cable products, oversee prototype development and ensure compliance with company standards and international regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business management, marketing, and R&D teams to discuss and develop new product ideas.
• Coordinate with engineering and marketing teams to evaluate product feasibility and technical requirements.
• Design and develop medium and high voltage cable products according to customer and market requirements.
• Redesign and improve existing products to enhance performance, functionality, and cost efficiency.
• Prepare design documents, technical drawings, specification sheets, and related engineering documentation.
• Present product designs and technical information to management and stakeholders.
• Oversee prototype development and engineering activities, conduct prototype testing, evaluate product performance, usability, and durability, analyze test results and resolve product-related technical issues.
• Ensure products comply with company standards and international regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Knowledge of electrical cable design or power cable systems is an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Good command of English is preferred.
