Event & Sampling Executive

A DAY IN THE LIFE…

• Deliver event and sampling activities according to the agreed annual plan, timeline and brand objectives.
• Ensure effective end-to-end execution, including agency coordination, logistics, product readiness and on-ground implementation.
• Execute sampling against defined target consumers, locations, channels and occasions to maximize relevance and trial quality.
• Track and deliver agreed KPIs such as sampling volume, consumer engagement, trial, conversion and campaign-specific measures.
• Manage activity spending within approved budgets and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency.
• Provide post-event/sampling evaluations, key learnings and recommendations to improve future activations.
• Ensure required approvals, supporting documents, safety requirements and activity records are properly maintained.
• Coordinate effectively with Brand, CDT, agencies and relevant functions to ensure timely and quality execution.

ARE YOU A FIT?

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields
• Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in event management, consumer activation, sampling, or related marketing functions
• Strong project coordination, analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of Thai and English
