Specialist, PD Process & System Management

Job Responsibilities

• Assist to identify process and system improvement opportunities in existing E2E process.
• Conduct research and analysis on Next-Generation PLM systems and engage vendors for demonstration.
• Collaborate with Process Development (PD), IT, and Finance teams for new initiaitves’ business case analysis, system design, development, UAT, and implementation.
• Support adoption of new processes and new system through users’ training, users’ roles and access management.
• Be the bridge to support process optimisation and new system development.

Professional Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in process optimisation and As-is and To-be process mapping in manufacturing industry.
• 2+ years’ experience in data analysis.
• 2+ years’ experience in software development working with IT team.
• FlexPLM, Dynamic AX, or SAP experience is a plus.
