HR Director – Manufacturing

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic HR Director to partner closely with business leadership in driving workforce transformation, culture change, and operational excellence for our manufacturing operations in manufacturing sector.

This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on HR leader who thrives in complex industrial environments and is passionate about shaping culture, upgrading workforce capabilities, and leading change at scale.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to plant and operations leaders to shape people agenda aligned with business goals
• Drive end-to-end organizational transformation, including culture shift, structure optimization, and new ways of working
• Lead initiatives to modernize and future-proof the workforce (upskilling, reskilling, and capability building)
• Strengthen industrial relations strategy, ensuring stable and compliant workforce environment
• Elevate leadership effectiveness across plant management teams through coaching and development programs
• Champion change initiatives related to digitalization, automation, and process improvement
• Deliver measurable impact in productivity, engagement, and talent retention

Qualifications

• Experienced HR leader with a strong track record in manufacturing environments (automotive or electronics or packaging preferred)
• Demonstrated success in driving large-scale transformation and culture change
• Deep understanding of industrial workforce dynamics, including employee relations and labor frameworks
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
• Hands-on and pragmatic — comfortable engaging directly with operations and frontline teams
• Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to lead through complexity and ambiguity
