Warehouse Manager

What You Do

• Be responsible for all areas under the Chemical Distribution Center, i.e. inbound/outbound/EHS/QA operations and local delivery to customers, in accordance with the corporate, departmental strategy as well as to ensure the accurate and timely fulfillment of all orders.
• Lead and support Global/APAC LS Distribution strategy roll out in Thailand
• Manage and provide leadership to improve capability, engagement & motivations for our self-running warehouse in Thailand
• Liaise with other departments including manufacturing site, purchasing, CSR, planning and IE to coordinate warehouse activities
• Smooth and efficient warehouse operation to improve customer satisfaction, operation safety and compliance, continuous improvement.
• To organize EHS (Environmental Health Safety), Security, QA through corporate Policies, GDP and ISO standards at the Chemical Distribution Center (CDC).
• Project management including CAPEX and Opex for expanding distribution capability in LS Thailand
• Implementing lean and 6-sigma concept to drive operation excellence

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree or above in logistics, supply chain, Bio-Pharm, Chemical background with
• 10+ year related operation experience including warehouse, transportation, planning
• Proven experience on project management
• Strong people management skills by leading a mid-size team
• ERP (SAP)knowledge and implementation experience
• Good leadership, lean six sigma concept
• Strong problem-solving capability
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, initiative and willing to work under pressure
• Good English in spoken and written, familiar with office software (Excel, PPT,etc.)
• Logical reasoning, numerical skills, technical skills
