Alignerr is hiring AI Data Quality Analysts to review, evaluate, and rate AI-generated outputs across text, images, and structured data. Your feedback directly influences how AI models learn, improve, and respond to real-world users.

• Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated responses across text, image, and structured data formats for accuracy, relevance, and quality
• Rate outputs using clear rubrics and structured evaluation guidelines
• Identify factual errors, inconsistencies, and areas where AI responses fall short
• Write clear, actionable feedback to help guide model improvement
• Work across a diverse range of topics and content types
• Complete assignments independently on your own schedule

Qualifications

• Sharp eye for detail with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Confident reading and evaluating written content across a variety of subjects
• Able to follow structured guidelines accurately and consistently
• Clear, concise written communicator in English
• Self-motivated and reliable — comfortable working independently
• No prior AI or technical experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience in editing, research, fact-checking, or quality assurance
• Familiarity with AI tools or content evaluation workflows
• Background in writing, journalism, data, or a related field
