Senior HSSE Executive

About the Role

Professional Safety, Health, Environment and Security officer in logistics and supply chain or E-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Implement safety compliance with Regional Shopee safety standards/programs across operations.
• Implement safety KPIs such as safety walks, deep compliance audits and toolbox talk programs.
• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly safety walks.
• Analyze accidents and summarize statistics with proposed solutions to eliminate risks/hazards using regional tools and lesson-learned sharing.
• Build and train HSE awareness and occupational disease prevention for employees including Third Party Labor (TPL), contractors and visitors; implement train-the-trainer programs.
• Update new health, safety and environment laws; manage HSE legal registration and compliance evaluation.
• Manage material handling equipment (MHE) and traffic management.
• Lead Safety Behavior Observation programs (hazard reporting & safety suggestions) and PPE management.
• Drive machine safety improvement programs, construction safety management system, and implement risk assessments and safe work procedures.
• Manage government reporting, document control, CAR/PAR system (ISO 45001) and Management of Change (MOC).
• Lead 5S improvement projects, emergency response planning and emergency drills.
• Manage nursing room facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Public Health, Occupational Health and Safety and/or related fields.
• At least 5 years of HSE experience.
• Prefer experience working in logistics and supply chain / E-commerce.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and coordinating skills; creative, fast response and proactive.
• Have a driving license and be able to work at Shopee Warehouse (WangNoi).
