Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees and supports daily packaging operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with standards.
• Leads process improvement initiatives, supports new product development (NPD), and manages trial runs to enhance operational performance.
• Collaborates and develops with suppliers, capabilities to meet quality, cost saving and delivery expectations.
• Provides support to customer service teams during product launches and addressing customer feedback to drive satisfaction and continuous improvement.
• You will be maintaining equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of ARBEX products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Packaging Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in packaging operations, packaging design and development.
• Strong understanding of new product development (NPD) processes and trial run execution.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage supplier relationships, including capability development and performance monitoring.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to support cross-functional teams and customer service activities.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent in English both written and spoken.
