Manager of Corporate Strategy & Business Analysis

About the Role

CP-Meiji (CPF Group) is looking for a Manager of Corporate Strategy and Business Analysis to drive our business forward from our central office at CP Fortune Tower (MRT Rama 9). Onsite, full-time.

Responsibilities

• Lead business transformation: analyze business processes, identify "Pain Points", and design "To-Be" solutions that integrate cutting-edge technology.
• Partner with the Managing Director and Senior Executives to define long-term goals using deep PESTEL and industry analysis.
• Ensure growth is resilient and responsible through risk management and sustainability strategies.
• Act as a key thought partner to senior executives and deliver high-stakes management presentations.
• Bridge business needs, financial performance, and technical execution.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years in Corporate Strategy, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation.
• 3+ years in a Consulting Firm preferred.
• Advanced PowerPoint & Excel skills with structured and analytical thinking.
• Proven ability to deliver management-level presentations to executive audiences.

Skills

• Ownership and results-driven mindset.
• Experience with sustainability, governance and risk management.
