Frasers Property — Senior Vice President, Corporate Planning, Industrial Estate (FPIE).

Onsite. Full-time.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of corporate, mid-term, and annual business plans aligned with Thailand IE strategy and translate macro trends and market intelligence into priorities and execution roadmaps.
• Act as strategic advisor to the Managing Director on growth options, capital allocation and scenario planning.
• Oversee commercial opportunity identification across industrial estates, logistics, retail-supporting uses and ecosystem partnerships, and drive tenant-led, customer-centric growth strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Asset Management and Development teams to ensure commercial viability and executable plans.
• Lead strategic planning for utility-related businesses (power, water, wastewater, gas, telecom, waste, renewable and low-carbon solutions) and build partnerships with utility providers, authorities and stakeholders.
• Oversee long-term master planning and spatial strategies for industrial and township development, integrating land use, infrastructure, environmental, mobility and heat management considerations.
• Collaborate with regional (SEA) teams and act as key interface between Corporate Planning and Development, Operations, ESG, Finance, Legal and Digital to support regional and group-level strategic initiatives.
• Build and lead a high-performing corporate planning team, promote data-driven decision-making, and drive transformation and continuous improvement.
• Oversee development budgets, cost control and investment planning; ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental and governance standards; monitor KPIs, risks and performance and report to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15–20 years' experience in corporate planning, strategy, business development or large-scale property/infrastructure development.
• Proven senior leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and driving strategic planning and market intelligence.
• Experience in industrial estates, logistics, utilities, infrastructure or mixed-use development.
• Experience in regional or multinational environments; Southeast Asia exposure preferred.
• Strong ability to engage effectively with Board-level and senior executives.
