Responsibilities

• Analyze Ceva and competitor sales, track product range evolution, and integrate findings into action plans.
• Align corporate and country visions, support market analysis, and ensure strategic objectives and trade policies are implemented.
• Identify growth opportunities from market data and customer needs, and pursue strategic projects and acquisitions.
• Enhance brand value, conduct customer surveys, train teams in key account management, and review business plans.
• Organize resources, lead business plan execution, and train teams in consultative selling skills.
• Analyze results, manage the franchise P&L, and identify growth revenue opportunities.
• Act as an interface between corporate, marketing, and subsidiaries, and communicate new product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Veterinary Science, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in the swine industry, preferably within a multinational company, with proven track record in franchise management, strategic planning, and market analysis.
• Strong leadership and team management experience, with ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance.
• Proficient in market data analysis and generating actionable market insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to align local actions with global strategic objectives and to identify growth opportunities.
• Experience in managing profit and loss statements and delivering financial objectives.
• Proven ability in building and maintaining relationships with strategic and key accounts.
