About the Role

This is a full-time, hybrid Learning Program Director role based in the Bangkok Metropolitan Area, with flexibility to work from home for part of the week. The Learning Program Director will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of learning programs for partner schools, including planning program roadmaps, defining learning outcomes, and aligning content with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Learning Management, including planning program timelines, managing cohorts, and using learning management systems or similar digital tools
• Demonstrated expertise in Instructional Design, with the ability to create engaging, learner-centered content and activities grounded in sound pedagogy
• Proven skills in Curriculum Development, including setting learning objectives, structuring modules, and aligning content with educational standards or frameworks
• Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across the education sector
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Social Sciences, or a related field; a master's degree or equivalent experience in education reform or program leadership is an advantage
• Commitment to educational equity, comfort working in a mission-driven social enterprise, and openness to using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Fluency in English and Thai (spoken and written) and familiarity with the Thai education context
