About the Role

Project Initiative - Driver Community at SPX Express. Design and execute retention programmes and communication strategies to improve driver retention and the efficiency of communication between fleet and office. Coordinate and operate initiatives with external stakeholders such as Monee, SCommerce, and Garena.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute retention programmes in community groups, e.g. loyalty programme (based on YoS, consistent performance) and high performer programme (based on driver rating)
• Plan communication strategy and content plan to improve driver retention and communication efficiency between fleet and office
• Coordinate with related stakeholders to execute and maintain initiative operations among external stakeholders (Monee, SCommerce, Garena)

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of work experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; majors in Business, Analytics, or Engineering preferred
• Experience in logistics, delivery, or e-commerce within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure; self-driven and adaptable to a dynamic environment
• High curiosity and openness to challenges

Skills

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SQL is a plus
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
