Investment & Corporate Finance Manager / Senior Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially driven professional to support investment, financing, and strategic initiatives across the organization. The role will be responsible for financial analysis, transaction execution, stakeholder management, fundraising, and strategic projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models, valuations, and scenario analyses to support investment and financing decisions.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and prepare business cases and recommendations.
• Support transaction execution, including due diligence, contract review, negotiations, and documentation.
• Provide corporate finance support, including funding strategy, capital raising, and capital structure analysis.
• Prepare presentations and reports for management, shareholders, lenders, and investors.
• Engage with financial institutions, investors, advisors, and strategic partners.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive successful project execution.
• Support strategic initiatives including fundraising, partnerships, and M&A activities.
• Monitor market developments and industry trends to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, private equity, project finance, or related fields.
• Familiarity with transaction documentation, financing agreements, and investment evaluation processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with international counterparties is preferred.
