P&L Visibility / E2E Profitability Lead (6-month Contract)

About the Role

Priority focus areas:

• End-to-end (E2E) profitability and costing
• Integrated, forward-looking P&L visibility
• SKU-level profitability and cost-driver accuracy

Responsibilities

• Deep-dive into current processes across Finance, Commercial, Operations, Procurement and Digital
• Design data synchronization from source systems to management reporting
• Build a target-state E2E profitability and P&L framework
• Co-develop costing models, profitability logic and scenario simulations
• Validate and refine SKU-level cost drivers and margin logic
• Deliver clear implementation roadmap with phases and priorities
• Produce concrete outputs: process documentation, gap analysis and actionable solutions
• Work hands-on with teams in a co-creation mode to ensure adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any related field
• 8–12 years of experience in manufacturing costing / should-cost models, E2E profitability and margin analytics, and financial data models and cost allocation logic
• Proven ability to bridge Finance, Commercial and Operations
• Strong analytical and data skills (cost drivers, modeling, structure)
• Execution-oriented mindset and comfortable working with complex, imperfect data environments
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Good command of English
