Job Description

Execute OE tire inspections for warehoused tires in the outbound area to ensure product quality compliance with Continental standards and Original Equipment (OE) customer requirements

ESH Occupational Health and Safety

• Follow the internal ESH work instructions in the daily work.
• Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others.
• Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazards.

Dock Audit & Outbound Quality Control

• Perform OE's tires inspection of already warehoused tires at the outbound area.
• Coordinate quality issues handling and non-conforming handling in warehouse.
• Maintain data record and related quality documents in outbound area.

OEM interface

• Monitor OE tire loading processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Manage OE returned tires and handle claims and quality complaints effectively.
• Support all plant quality activities related to OE tires.

Quality Management System

• Coordinate internal and external process audits in the outbound area.
• Perform regular product audits in accordance with company standards and OE customer requirements.

Other Responsibilities

• Oversee non‑conforming product handling in the outbound warehouse.
• Maintain 5S practices and housekeeping in all working areas to meet company standards.
• Conduct regular reviews of warehouse‑related quality documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma/High Vocational Certificate or above (ปวส.)
• Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing process/quality function. Minimum 1 year of experience within the automotive industry (Tire manufacturing is a plus).
