Job Description

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages, wines and beers according to SEEN standards.
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
• Maintain bar setup, cleanliness, hygiene and equipment.
• Take orders and operate POS system accurately.
• Monitor beverage stock and support inventory control.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Support events and other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience as a Bartender, preferably in a 4–5 star hotel, luxury restaurant or cocktail bar.
• Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits and beverage preparation.
• Good command of English.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Well-groomed, energetic and team-oriented.
• Able to work under pressure and flexible shifts, including weekends and late nights
