Automation Engineer

You will design, build, and maintain automation solutions that streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and deliver measurable value across teams and regions. Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate operational requirements into practical automation solutions for a global logistics technology company.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across business processes.
• Automate manual and repetitive tasks such as data entry, email handling, reporting, and document processing.
• Apply AI-assisted automation, intelligent document processing, and prompt-based workflows to enhance automation efficiency.
• Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for workflow optimization and elimination of inefficiencies.
• Monitor automation performance, investigate issues, and resolve production incidents to ensure reliable operation.
• Maintain, enhance, and optimize existing automation solutions for performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and support implementation and user adoption.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, process maps, user guides, and support materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in automation, RPA development, or related software engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, or similar tools.
• Proven ability to design, develop, deploy, and support automation solutions in production environments.
• Familiarity with APIs and structured data formats such as JSON, XML, and Excel.
• Knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and business teams.
• Certification in Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, or similar is a plus; exposure to AI-driven automation or intelligent document processing is an advantage.
• Experience working in global or cross-functional environments is an advantage.
