Business Development Associate (Micro Insurance)

About the Company

Established in 2020 and fully operational from 2023, AEC Insurance Broker is located in the middle of Bangkok, Asoke Station. A growing startup with around 30 employees, the company specializes in tailored insurance solutions powered by technology, with partnerships with leading providers and a results-driven international environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Micro Insurance existing business
• Supervise and monitor CS (Customer Service) function
• Understand the business through production data and analyze production data
• Find new insurance companies as partners
• Find new potential clients for the Thailand market to expand the business portfolio
• Understand and follow the SOP of each department within the company and insurance company

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
• Minimum of 3 years Business Development/Sales experience in digital-based company (preferred)
• Knowledge about e-commerce insurance in Thailand
• Background in insurance (preferred)
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
• Ability to operate Microsoft Offices (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) and Google environments
• Creative and analytical thinking to discover new opportunities
• Strong time and project management skills
