Casting Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• To ensure the Process parameters within SPC, PCP and in Control and audit Daily/Weekly/Monthly.
• To ensure good conditions for all Casting process and get good audit such as kamishibai, Follow up Workshop KPI.
• Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure that Casting Equipments get the Properly preventive maintenance on time.
• Facilitate and delivery technical skill and knowledge to production team and help reviews action plans on both HC and AR process such as 5why, Benchmark, Technoclub communication.
• Define and implement action plan support Casting process issue or Quality issue.
• Control rules and procedure and respect factory rule and Safety Procedure.
• Manage Training for production team and support benchmark with Other plants.
• Responsible for implementation of company policies and procedures in their area of work.
• Have to know & understand the company rule and Regulation and Company principle and cooperate with company in audit activities such as ISO, OHSAS etc. moreover to attend the compulsory training course i.e. Orientation Program, Safety Officer Training etc.
• To implement Qualiaty management system:
  • ISO9001,45001,14001 and ISO13485
  • OEHS Management system.

Experience required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineer or Chemical Engineer.
• Good working knowledge of English (read, write, speak).
• More than 2 years of work experience, preferably in Casting process from Essilor group or Manufacturing process control or lean.
• Casting Process Skill for internal hiring, Electrical drawing and Circuit.
• Problem solving analysis such as 5why, 8D, Brainstorming.
• Machine Efficiency improvement or Lean.
• Statistic or Six Sigma knowledge.
• Quality control.
• Implement new project in workshop.
