Job Description

• Financial Performance & Profitability: Drive the hotel’s financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and strategic business analysis to maximize profitability.
• Financial Governance & Compliance: Ensure financial integrity, accurate reporting, effective internal controls, and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Strategic Business Partnership: Partner with the General Manager and department leaders to turn financial insights into business decisions, optimize resources, and support sustainable hotel growth.l’s financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and strategic business analysis to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance.
• Minimum 10 years of experience of progressive experience in hotel or hospitality finance, with at least 3 years in senior leadership role.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and capable of driving process improvements and financial performance.
• Fluent in English and Thai communication.
