Residences Housekeeper

About the role:

The Residences Housekeeper delivers the best Rooms experience for our guests through attention to detail, ensuring all guest rooms are clean and up to standard. This role anticipates, customizes, and services guest’s needs before being asked and is knowledgeable about hotel offerings and amenities. This role is part of the Housekeeping Department, reporting into the Housekeeping Manager.

What you will do:

• Read, understand, and act upon daily work reports, logbooks, and operational updates.
• Clean, dust, sanitize, replenish amenities, and maintain all guest rooms, residences, and bathrooms to the established resort standards.
• Make beds, vacuum floors, and ensure bathrooms are maintained in a spotless condition.
• Maintain walkways, plunge pools, terraces, and surrounding areas in a clean, neat, and litter-free condition.
• Collect, organize, and maintain linen closets to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and adequate stock levels.
• Replenish supplies, equipment, and amenities to maintain sufficient operational inventory at all times.
• Monitor and maintain established par levels for linens, guest supplies, amenities, and furnishings.
• Inspect, restock, and replenish all refrigerators, minibars, and refreshment stations as required.
• Identify and report maintenance issues, defects, damages, or repair requirements in assigned areas promptly.
• Clear, wash, and transport dishes and utensils to designated service areas in accordance with hygiene standards.
• Provide turndown service in accordance with the resort's established luxury service standards.
• Safeguard residence keys and ensure they are properly secured and accounted for at all times.
• Maintain professional appearance standards by adhering to the resort's grooming and uniform policies.
• Prepare and serve basic food items as trained and authorized by the Kitchen Department.
• Prepare and serve beverages and simple cocktails in accordance with approved service standards.
• Take and accurately communicate guest food and beverage orders.
• Assist guests with service requests, including transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations, and other guest needs.
• Provide personalized and proactive assistance to guests to enhance their overall experience.
• Use cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment safely and effectively, following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Respond appropriately and professionally to emergency situations, safety incidents, and security concerns in accordance with resort policies.
• Reside within the assigned residence and remain available to support guest service requirements as scheduled.
• Provide babysitting services when required and authorized, ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times.
• Perform additional duties, special projects, and other reasonable tasks as assigned by Management.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of, and consistently comply with, all Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai policies, procedures, standards, and service expectations.

What you bring:

• One+ year experience working in hotel housekeeping is considered an asset
• Strong organization skills and an eye for attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
