RPA Developer

About the Role

You're the kind of person who sees a repetitive task and immediately starts thinking about how to automate it. As an RPA Developer at Scan-IT, you will design, build, and maintain automation solutions that streamline operations and deliver measurable business value across multiple regions. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to transform manual and repetitive processes into scalable, reliable workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable automation workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.
• Automate manual tasks such as data entry, email processing, reporting, and other operational workflows.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical automation solutions.
• Monitor automation performance, investigate issues, and resolve production incidents.
• Maintain, optimize, and enhance existing automations for performance and scalability.
• Develop and support integrations using APIs, structured data sources, and connected business applications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, process maps, user guides, and support materials.
• Support user adoption and implementation activities to maximize the value of automation solutions.
• Follow development standards, testing procedures, and best practices for secure and maintainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in RPA development, automation engineering, or related software development roles.
• Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath or similar platforms.
• Experience building, testing, and deploying automation workflows in production environments.
• Familiarity with APIs and structured data formats (JSON, XML, Excel).
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues in automation workflows.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders; exposure to global or cross-functional teams is an advantage.
• RPA certifications and interest or experience in AI-driven automation or intelligent document processing are a plus.
