IT Supply Chain Management (SCM) Assistant Manager

About the Role

“UNIQLO (Thailand) Co., Ltd.” is a subsidiary company of Fast Retailing group. The IT Assistant Manager, Supply Chain Management (SCM) is responsible for local business IT leadership across Store, E-commerce, SCM warehouse and Corporate office areas. The role collaborates with business users to analyse requirements, implement processes and deliver IT solutions, and works with global headquarters and other Uniqlo regions to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Work as business partner with client department leaders and users to analyze business processes and define cost-effective IT solutions, then drive delivery of the agreed solution.
• Lead and execute IT projects with global IT team and ensure operational readiness.
• Daily monitoring and support of WMS including WMS in DC Warehouse and E-commerce warehouse, ensuring all interfaces are processed successfully.
• Report and escalate encountered issues, perform level 2 troubleshooting and provide quick resolution.
• Standby during sales peak periods and prepare preventive action plans.
• Manage vendor IT teams for new enhancement development and deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent major.
• Minimum 2 years of WMS support experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail or Logistics business in IT area; experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) and 3PL Integration Systems preferred.
• Able to solve complex problems with process improvement and system enhancement to achieve business goals.
• Business level communication in English and Thai.
• Working experience in Global Organization / Projects.
• Domestic / Regional travel is required.

Additional Information

• Working hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 - 17:00.
