Cook / Kitchen Attendant (Heybo Phuket)

Role Overview:

The Cook / Kitchen Attendant prepares ingredients and menu items according to Heybo recipes, quality standards and food safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients such as proteins, vegetables and other menu items.
• Cook and prepare food according to Heybo recipes and standards.
• Follow portion and food presentation standards.
• Ensure food is prepared safely and stored at the correct temperature.
• Complete daily food preparation as required.
• Check stock levels and inform the supervisor when items need to be replenished.
• Follow FIFO and proper food storage procedures.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organised.
• Clean kitchen equipment and workstations.
• Help reduce food waste.
• Follow food hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
• Support kitchen opening and closing duties.
• Support other kitchen team members during busy periods.

Requirements:

• Previous kitchen, restaurant or food preparation experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food safety.
• Able to follow recipes and procedures.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
