What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Design Development (DD) team to review design briefs and provide technical input on cost, quality, and production feasibility.
• Develop and validate new jewelry products to meet design and manufacturing standards.
• Identify and resolve prototype issues, ensuring smooth transition to production.
• Create and maintain standards, specifications, and drawings for materials, components, and finished products.
• Support cost calculation and provide technical solutions to achieve target costs.
• Drive continuous improvement in product design, processes, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Pre-Production, Procurement, C&SQ, Creative Sourcing) and external suppliers (material, components, tooling).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience in product development and manufacturing environment (jewelry industry preferred).
• Knowledge of components such as springs, magnets, metals, and alternate manufacturing methods.
• Strong understanding of jewelry manufacturing process, tooling, jigs & fixtures.
• Proficient in MS Office, PLM, and CAD.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Innovative, systematic thinker with leadership mindset.
• Good command of English; fluent in Thai.
