Engineer (Chinese Speaking) 产品开发工程师（需中文能力）

About the Role

Research and develop new automotive products based on customer requirements and industry trends, with a strong focus on the Chinese market. 根据客户需求和行业发展趋势，开展汽车新产品的研究与开发，重点关注中国市场。

Responsibilities

• Research and develop new automotive products, including EV components and lightweight materials, aligned with industry trends and Chinese market demands.
• Design and improve products using CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD) and conduct performance analysis using CAE / FEA tools to optimize development.
• Communicate and collaborate with customers to understand technical requirements; use Technical Chinese for accurate communication of drawings, specifications, and manuals.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate product testing and validation to ensure compliance with customer requirements and international standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while handling multiple projects under pressure.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance (QA), and Procurement teams to ensure smooth development flow, applying automotive quality standards such as IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, and FMEA.
• Propose innovative ideas and product improvements based on market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, or related field). 学士学位（机械、汽车或相关专业）。
• 1-5 years of experience in R&D or New Product Development in the automotive industry; fresh graduates are welcome. 有汽车行业研发或新产品开发经验者优先，欢迎应届生。
• Experience with international customers is an advantage. 有国际客户合作经验者为佳。
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD) and experience with CAE/FEA tools.
• Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes (Injection Molding, Stamping, Assembly) and understanding of EV technology and international automotive quality standards (preferred).
• Fluent in Chinese and English (spoken and written). 能流利使用中文与英文（口语和书写）。
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; effective communication and presentation skills; high learning agility and adaptability to new technologies.
