About the Role

SOC Operations - Ayutthaya (SPX Express). Onsite, full-time. Responsible for managing and improving Outbound operations, coordinating between departments and shifts, and ensuring accuracy and productivity in warehouse order processing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous creative improvement for Outbound process through problem identification and analysis
• Monitor and improve productivity for all functions of the Outbound team
• Manage, study and understand systems for existing and new outbound functions and mentor team members
• Create work plans and schedules to accomplish objectives and assign duties to maintain adequate staff for fluctuating workloads
• Prepare monthly and daily reports related to Outbound issues and operations
• Plan and communicate between the department and other related units; manage cross-communication between shifts and departments
• Set working processes to achieve zero damage, defects, and wrong Outbound orders
• Manage day-to-day order receiving in FMS with on-time operation and accuracy
• Resolve personnel problems, complaints, or grievances when possible
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistic Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field
• At least 1-3 years of experience in Warehouse or Transport management (e-commerce experience highly preferred); experience in Inbound or Outbound is an advantage
• Fresh graduates with strong academic background and project experience related to logistics are welcome
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Drive
• Problem solving skills, conflict management, and ability to work under deadlines and pressure
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills; good team player
• Able to work on shift and on days off when required
• Ability to communicate in English is a plus
