About the Role
This position is responsible for partnering with local management in the execution of the business strategy and implement Aptar practices within the site, in accordance to local laws, regulations and applicable agreements.
Responsibilities
- Is the local organizational steward and model of Aptar culture and core values.
- Deploys the HR strategy within the assigned Site and drives the yearly HR calendar (Salary planning, Employee Engagement Survey, OED, Performance Review, Objectives Setting, Talent Review).
- Proactively supports Site Management, providing expertise and guidance on any People-related matter across the employee life cycle.
- Supports local business projects and initiatives from a People perspective and coordinates application of the overall HR Agenda in the site.
- Deploys Aptar HR guidelines and tools developed by the CoE and Service Delivery and ensures they meet business needs.
- Ensures compliance with employment-related laws and regulations and provides expertise and guidance on personnel matters (eg. disciplinary terminations).
- Ensures good Industrial Relations with unions and social partners for the site and manages country-wide employee forums/representatives where applicable.
- Liaises with HR Service Delivery, Regional and Global CoE: workforce planning, leadership development, talent acquisition, organization design, change management, succession planning, employer branding, and training via HORIZON catalogue.
- Delivers staffing solutions for local profiles, including temporary staff, partnering with agencies and Service Delivery.
- Utilizes HR KPIs to monitor service levels and drive actions; acts as employee advocate and change agent, handling conflicts and fostering trust.
- Will be exceptionally involved in benefits administration activities that require local presence and knowledge.
- For Site HRBP with country coordination responsibilities: coordinates networking activities across sites, ensures consistent Industrial Relations approaches country-wide, defines and monitors country-level benefits processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in HR Management, organizational studies, or business management/administration. Any additional HR certifications.
- Experience: Multiyear HR experience with expertise in HR policies and trends; business acumen including knowledge of products and production dynamics; strong legal and labour relations expertise; significant experience in complex admin, tax and compliance.
