Responsibilities

• Contact and coordinate with key account customers
• Be responsible for the sales volume of ready-mixed concrete, mortar, and green solution
• Perform database administration and analyze key account customer data in order to determine appropriate customer retention strategies and sales strategies
• Coordinate with internal and external parties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or other related fields
• At least 3 years of working experience in sales and marketing in the building materials industry or construction-related fields in government or private sectors is a plus
• Fully fluent in Chinese (Mandarin); living in Thailand is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Possess interpersonal, negotiation, communication and presentation skills
• Being service-minded and able to work under pressure
• Able to drive the car and driving license is required
