About the Role

Support the end-to-end daily operations of Hubs and SOCs, ensuring processes are executed with precision and reliability. Onsite, full-time role at Shopee focused on operational excellence, resource alignment and performance insights.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end daily operations of Hubs and SOCs to ensure reliable execution of processes.
• Monitor workload and manpower utilization to optimize resources and meet/exceed service level targets.
• Coordinate between drivers, supervisors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and operational alignment.
• Analyze operational trends and transform ground-level data into actionable insights to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage ad-hoc operational challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset to ensure business continuity.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates from any major (Logistics, Business, Engineering, or other fields).
• Articulate communicator able to convey complex information clearly and professionally to stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
• Results-driven, proactive, and takes ownership of tasks to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Resilient and agile, thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and can pivot focus as priorities evolve.
