Planner

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Production planning for assigned products. Communicate requirements (forecast & orders) to Contract Manufactures, schedule according to business priorities, understand and work to break constraints, and provide various reporting functions on production schedules and output

Job Competencies

• Host meeting to review Constraint, Risk and Opportunity of Manufacturing plan with CM's team.
• Have detailed understanding of production constraints and work cross-functionally with CM and other Coherent resources to resolve (product engineering, IE, SCM, …)
• Host Monthly S&OP review for long term capacity plan with CM's team.
• Track Revenue for multiple product lines on a weekly basis.
• Track and monitoring change of Demand and Supply, escalate to Planning Manager.
• Review system MRP, generate PO and update schedule.
• Improve OTI/OTIP.
