Responsibilities

• Rotational Program: immerse in various technical departments such as Engineering, Quality Management, Testing, and Certification to gain hands-on experience with technologies and processes.
• Contribute to technical projects, including vehicle safety testing and advanced driver assistance technologies, and work closely with industry experts.
• Create technical analyses adhering to industry standards.
• Participate in leadership development activities: trainings, workshops, mentoring, take ownership of projects and refine decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to travel and work in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical), Physics, or a related technical field.
• At least 1–3 years of professional experience in a related area.
• Strong technical understanding, analytical thinking, and team spirit; familiarity with CAD or MATLAB is a plus.
• Motivated, eager to learn, open to international challenges, with emotional intelligence and social engagement; leadership potential.
• English (level B2 minimum); additional language skills are an advantage.
