Product Management (Seller Service, API) (Shopee)

About the Role

Guide and support enterprise partners through their onboarding, integration, and development journey with Shopee via Open API. Lead relevant communications with internal and external stakeholders to ensure each integration's success.

Responsibilities

• Perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) for newly implemented functions, both API-focused features and features that impact Open API users.
• Act with urgency and ownership when issues arise regarding integration and connectivity; be a problem solver and communicate effectively with partners to ensure continued partner success and high support quality.
• Analyse, align and evaluate business requirements, feasibility and value of feature requests with the Thailand business team and regional product teams in Singapore and Shenzhen to deliver a comprehensive and accurate Business Requirement Document (BRD).
• Design and generate training and communication materials for internal and external users.
• Drive and own high-level strategic initiatives while being hands-on and able to roll up sleeves to get things done.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in operational, API/OpenAPI integration to internal or external systems as QA, Product Manager, or Product Owner.
• Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on projects; self-starter, quick learner, independent and flexible, with strong customer focus and sense of ownership.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a customer-oriented and execution-focused mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; English speaking is a must to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Postman (or equivalent API tools) and SQL skills are a must.
• E-Commerce, Internet industry, or API-connectivity experience is a plus.
• API integration with AI tools and experience with programming languages (e.g. Python, Java) is a plus.
