Siemens Mobility Thailand is looking for Engineering Railway Systems roles based in the Bangkok office (onsite).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integrated railway systems, including SCADA, signalling (SIG), telecommunications, and secure network architecture.
• Prepare technical specifications, system architecture, and interface design documents; ensure compliance with railway standards and safety regulations.
• Configure, integrate, maintain, and troubleshoot SCADA systems; monitor real-time data for power supply, traction systems, and infrastructure control to optimize performance.
• Design and implement secure network infrastructure for railway systems; perform vulnerability assessments, risk analysis, and security audits; monitor network traffic and respond to incidents.
• Design, install and maintain railway communications such as radio systems and CCTV; ensure high availability and reliability of communication networks.
• Support design, testing, commissioning, system integration testing and validation of signalling systems to ensure safety and operational integrity of train control systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel; experience with Primavera P6 and solid knowledge of core project management principles are highly preferred.
• Familiarity with railway systems (e.g., signalling, communications, SCADA) is a strong advantage.
• Experience with network design, cybersecurity practices, vulnerability assessment, and security audits.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a high attention to detail.
• Fluent in Thai and English (both written and spoken) with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and to lead by influence.
