Language Alignment & Resource Partner (Arabic) - Freelance AI Trainer Project

About the Role

We are sourcing independent Language Alignment & Resource Partners (LARPs) to provide native-level Arabic language vetting and QA for a specialized AI data project. As AI systems strive to reflect real-world usage and deliver human-like communication, their accuracy depends entirely on rigorous linguistic and cultural consultation. The objective of this project is to evaluate, annotate, and validate data to ensure high-quality outputs that are fully natural, polished, and free from bias.

Responsibilities

• Operate autonomously to provide linguistic QA and develop alignment resources.
• Review, annotate, and test AI outputs for grammatical accuracy, naturalness, and strict cultural context.
• Act as a primary quality check during production to identify and correct subtle cultural errors or awkward phrasing in Arabic.
• Analyze task quality trends and develop educational resources and feedback documentation to improve alignment between AI outputs and campaign expectations.
• Provide native-level language vetting during project scaling and offer specialized linguistic consultation throughout production.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable work or educational experience in linguistics, education, or related fields requiring high attention to linguistic detail.
• Prior, tangible experience working in human data evaluation or annotation.
• Verified Arabic language proficiency of C1 or C2.
• Ability to transform raw feedback and quality trends into structured, actionable educational resources.
• Meticulous approach to language with the ability to identify and correct subtle unnatural phrasing.

Benefits

• Pay range: $6 to $65 per hour; exact rate determined by experience, expertise, and geographic location.
