Project Manager - Finance Transformation (6-month Contract)

About the Role

Company: Thai Union Group PCL.

Employment: 6-month contract, onsite.

Priority focus areas

• Forecast process redesign
• Costing process improvements
• General processes simplification

Responsibilities

• Perform systematic analysis in diagnostic phase
• Run future state design workshops with working teams
• Drive implementation of already-defined initiatives, engaging stakeholders
• Translate design into operational processes + tools
• Run workshops, align stakeholders, and push adoption
• Track progress, resolve roadblocks, and deliver milestones

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Consulting, Project Manager, or any related field
• 3–6 years consulting experience
• Strong finance processes understanding (R2R, P2P, FP&A, and costing)
• A proven track record in project delivery
• Comfortable working in the cross-functional environments with global teams
• Good command of English
