• Develop and implement business solutions that align with industry standards and organizational goals.
• Design functional and application frameworks that address both current and future business needs.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of solutions across different functions.
• Analyze complex challenges and contribute to the creation of effective, scalable solutions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Master proficiency in Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing Financial Management.
• Master proficiency in Service Delivery.
• A minimum of 5 of experience in relevant related skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies
