Warehouse Manager (Chiangmai Province)

About the Role

As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end warehouse operations to ensure efficient, scalable, and high-quality fulfillment services. This role requires a strong operational leader who can drive productivity, optimize processes, manage stakeholders, and develop high-performing teams to support Shopee's fast-growing business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, inventory management, picking, packing, and outbound activities.
• Drive productivity, operational efficiency, and service quality through continuous process improvement and performance optimization.
• Develop, implement, and enforce warehouse policies, SOPs, and operational procedures.
• Analyze operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions to reduce costs and improve turnaround time.
• Resolve complex operational issues and make timely, data-driven decisions to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant working environment by enforcing safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse teams through performance management, capability building, and succession planning.
• Monitor KPIs including productivity, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, SLA achievement, and resource utilization.
• Manage WMS performance and collaborate with Regional and Product teams to resolve system issues and drive enhancements.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Commercial, KAM, Customer Service, Marketing, Sourcing, Planning, and Logistics.
• Support strategic operational improvement projects and transformation initiatives.
• Manage and evaluate 3PL partners' performance to ensure standards and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare operational reports, business reviews, and performance insights for senior management.
• Undertake additional projects and responsibilities assigned by the Warehouse Manager or Head of Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, logistics, e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or supply chain environments.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale warehouse operations and leading operational teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to translate insights into operational improvements.
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory management, and process optimization.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience developing high-performing teams.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, data-driven, and rapidly evolving environment.
• Experience in e-commerce, fulfillment centers, express logistics, or 3PL operations is highly preferred.
