Quality Auditing Team Lead

About the Role

The Quality Auditing Team Lead plays a vital role in ensuring robust quality performance within the organization. This position is focused on facilitating continuous improvement through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, with the goal of achieving target metrics and fulfilling contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage quality performance to maintain and improve outcomes, achieving specified metrics and contract goals such as SLA metrics.
• Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders, supporting external communications as required across multiple workflows (WFs) for the LOB/Program.
• Guide and coordinate the Quality team to ensure activities align with overall quality performance objectives.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by managing overall effectiveness performance and proactively identifying risks or potential threats.
• Oversee and manage internal and external audits, ensuring processes and controls are properly documented and adhered to.
• Take responsibility for professional development of team members, fostering ongoing growth and capability building.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification (required).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to guide and develop team members.
• Expertise in process mapping and documentation.
• Experience managing audits and ensuring compliance with controls and processes.
