Marketing CRM Associate (12-month contractor)

About the Role

Bitkub | Thailand's Digital Asset Exchange — 12-month contractor role. This position is working on-site 5 days (flexible working hours).

Responsibilities

• Plan, strategy, and execute CRM and marketing operations campaigns across multiple channels using Braze.
• Manage the marketing and CRM campaign calendar to ensure timely delivery, audience alignment, and campaign effectiveness.
• Develop and optimize customer journey workflows, segmentation strategies, and lifecycle marketing initiatives to improve engagement and retention.
• Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Optimize marketing operations processes to enhance efficiency, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with business objectives.
• Support strategic planning initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve customer experience, conversion, and retention across CRM touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations or related roles.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems. Using Braze is mandatory.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and related marketing strategies.
• English TOEIC score of 600+.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities; cross-functional coordination.
• Passionate in Cryptocurrency, Blockchain Technology, Start-Up, FinTech, Digital currency, Tokenization.
