Responsibilities

• Control assembly and pre-assembly activities.
• Coordinate with Engineering and CI teams to improve processes and activities.
• Work with Quality to clarify standards and drive process improvements.
• Support Production team to enable business growth and ensure smooth daily production performance.
• Collaborate with CI & Maintenance for machine installations, setup, validation and capacity increases; manage handover to Production (PCP, SOP, etc.).
• Manage and evaluate Process Technicians.
• Benchmark Process/Production practices across group entities, implement best practices and participate in Techno clubs.
• Comply with company rules, safety, environment and quality standards and policies such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years working experience in engineering/production with demonstrated process technical expertise and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical or equivalent.
• Leadership, analytical and project management skills; KPI-driven with a structured problem-solving approach.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, including good English (both written and spoken).
• Customer-oriented, flexible and able to work in different environments.
• Time management skills.
• Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite.
